Post real needs and real offers. Don't mislead people, pretend to be someone else, or promise what you can't deliver.

Protect privacy
Don't post anyone's phone number, address, documents or private details — including your own — in public posts.

No spam or selling
No unsolicited advertising, chain messages, fundraising for unverified causes, or repeated posting of the same content.

No scams
Never ask for money, passwords or ID in exchange for help. Report anything suspicious.

Stay on topic
Keep posts related to helping, learning and connecting. Political campaigning belongs elsewhere.

Report, don't retaliate
Use Report and Block. Content reported by several members is hidden until a moderator reviews it.
